The hotel is situated in a beautiful, rural environment where Brabant hospitality and sociability are still very important. You can find many signposted bicycle routes and footpaths in the neighbourhood. We especially recommend taking the shuttle boat, which gives you a break from walking or cycling. This is a great alternative way to explore the River Meuse and its adjacent area, which stretches out into 3 Dutch provinces. In the summer you can sunbathe and swim at one of the many recreation areas in the vicinity. You can also go shopping in the charming little town of Uden or in the city of Nijmegen, which is the oldest town in the Netherlands. The 'vrijmarkt' (market) in Cuijk is also well worth a visit on Saturdays. You can reach the A73 motorway in 10 minutes by car and the A50 in 15 minutes.
